These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Plan-it mobile app. By using Plan-it you agree to these Terms.
Plan-it helps you turn tasks and commitments into a weekly schedule using AI assistance. Schedules are suggestions to help you plan; you are responsible for your own decisions and time management.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Plan-it.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access other users' data, or submit content that is unlawful or attempts to manipulate the AI system.
Plan-it offers an optional paid subscription (Plan-it Pro) with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel from your Google Play account. Trial terms and prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Schedules are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Plan-it is provided "as is" without warranty that suggestions will fit your needs. Review schedules before relying on them.
You may stop using Plan-it and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan-it and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
